SERVICES AND RATES:
READING / MEDIUMSHIP - In-office, by phone, or Zoom video conferencing: 60 mins / $200; 30 mins / $100
ENERGY / HEALING SESSION: Approx. 2hrs / $225
PET READING: 20 mins / $45
GUEST ATTENDING A SESSION: $20 per guest. Maximum of 2 guests.in addition to the client.
SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT:
Appointments are made through email, by submitting the information found on our "Services & Scheduling" page.
Upon submitting a request for an appointment, you will receive an email response from us, usually within 3-4 business days, offering you an appointment date and time. We always offer the first available appointment that fits your availability, as you have provided.
We are able to hold one appointment at a time per client. This appointment will be held for you for 48hrs. If we have not heard back from you within 48hrs, the appointment will be reopened and made available again.
Be sure to mark your appointment date and time on your calendar. We do not send reminder emails.

Saturday: One Saturday per month, varies by month. These appointments fill quickly.

All "In Office" services are provided at this location. Our office is in a brick house directly across the street from Inglewood Baptist Church and right next to Sonic. Turn in the driveway right beside the Sonic sign and you're there! Please use the front entrance. Our office is just off the foyer, on the left.
A few parking spaces are available in front of the office, and additional parking in the rear. Please use the front entrance.
Once you’ve accepted an appointment, payment instructions will be provided. Payment for your session will be due NLT 60 days prior to the appointment. For appointments less than 60 days out, payment will be due within 5 days of receiving your appointment confirmatiom. Payment due dates which fall on a federal holiday will be given a 24hr extension.
We are not able to send payment reminders. If we do not receive payment by the due date, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to email again to receive another appointment.

Once an appointment has been scheduled, payment instructions will be provided.
PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE APPOINTMENT.
Payment must be received prior to the appointment date.
CONTACTING US THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Should you need to reach us the day of your appointment (running late, confirming appointment, checking address, etc) please do so by texting 615.374.8507. Please do not try to contact us by Email when you need a quick response. Email is often only checked once a day and we may not see your message in time.
FRANK'S CANCELLATION POLICY:
With appointments sometimes being scheduled so far out, we understand schedules can change. With at least a 48 hour notice prior to your appointment, your payment will be happily refunded, or you may reschedule your appointment, your choice! Refunds will be issued by us within 3 business days. (See Refund Policy below). Please notify us by email to email@example.com with “Cancellation” in the subject box. If you wish to reschedule with Frank, please understand it could be another 18 month wait, though we will make every effort to get you in as soon as possible.
We do not maintain a cancellation list.
Missed appointments, in person or phone, will not be refunded. Frank values your time and appreciates you being respectful of his. If you miss an appointment which has not been paid for, you will need to pay for the missed appointment before being able to schedule another session.
RUNNING LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please use this number ONLY when running late for your appointment.
Please do not contact us through email if you are running late. Email is checked only once or twice per day so we may not see your message in time. If we have not heard from you within 10 minutes after the start time of your scheduled appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and payment forfeited.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, your payment will be refunded in full with at least 48hrs notice prior to the appointment. Please send refund requests to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receiving your request to cancel your appointment.
For payments made through PayPal, your payment will be refunded through PayPal. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the funds to be available in your account depending on your financial institution.
Check payments will be refunded by check through the USPS.
RELATIVES OR FRIENDS PRESENT DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Advance notice is required for anyone wishing to sit in on your session. This is so Frank can arrange the extra seating and be prepared for an additional guest. There is a $20 fee per guest attending the session. (2 Guests max in addition to the client).
Guests not wishing to sit in on your session, may wait in the waiting area.
Should you make arrangements for someone to sit in on your reading, please know that Frank does not control the messages that come through from the Other Side, and if someone else is in the room, some all of the messages may come through for that person.
PRIVATE PARTIES/GROUP READINGS/ GROUP MEDIUMSHIP
Currently, Frank is not available for private parties for group readings or mediumship.
We are extremely grateful for all of the friends and family referred to Frank by his clients! When referring someone, please
be sure to direct them to the Services and Scheduling Page and have them email with the requested information. This information is required for each appointment scheduled. If they do not include all requested info with their appointment request, they will be given the link to the "Services and Scheduling" page and asked to submit this info. This delay could add an additional week or more to their appointment date due to the extra day of correspondence. We’re sure they want to get an appointment as soon as possible! :)
