PAYMENTS NOT RECEIVED BY DUE DATE
We have always stated that we do not send payment reminder notices, but in the past have always sent them regardless. Things have become so busy that we are no longer able to do so. As stated in the confirmation email, if payment is not received by the due date the appointment will be cancelled and reopened. Please be sure to make your payment by the due date, or if paying by check through the mail let us know it is on the way.
We simply are just no longer able to send payment reminders.
Effective September 1, 2019 we will no longer be maintaining a cancellation list.
