PAYMENTS NOT RECEIVED BY DUE DATE
We have always stated that we do not send payment reminder notices, but in the past have always sent them regardless. Things have become so busy that we are no longer able to do so. As stated in the confirmation email, if payment is not received by the due date the appointment will be cancelled and reopened. Please be sure to make your payment by the due date, or if paying by mail with a check, let us know it is on the way.
We simply are just no longer able to send payment reminders.
We do maintain a cancellation list, though cancellations are rare. Nearly every client requests to be added to this list, therefore it is quite lenthy, averaging 60-70 names. This list is for clients with scheduled appointments, and clients may remain on the list for 4 months or until their appointment date, whichever comes first.
