Fri, June 14, 2019, 6:30p - 9pm:  Meet & Greet and The History of Reiki
Sat, June 22, 2019,  9am – 5pm
Sun, June 23. 2019, 10am – 5pm
*Attendance is required for all dates and times listed in order to receive certification.

Inglewood/East Nashville area

TUITION:

$295
Deposit of $100 due at time of registration.
Full Tuition due by June 7, 2019

REFUNDS:

Prior to June 10:  Full Refund
June 10 - 13:  50%
No refunds after June 13

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:

Debit or Credit Card:   We use PayPal to process cards, and will email you a PayPal Invoice. ($5 Convience fee applies)
Check by Mail:  Choose this option on the form below and we'll provide payment info.
Cash or Check at Office:  We will arrange a time for you to stop by the office when we'll be there to accept your payment and write a receipt.  This will most likely be 15 min windows between Frank's appointments as he is not in the office every day.  If your availability to stop by is limited, mailing a check may be an easier option for you.
