Blessings everyone!

Here, as promised, are a few notes on each day as we head toward the Full Moon on the Summer Solstice. These are just a few pieces of information about each day and some ideas on how best to harmonize with the energy of each day. Remember, each day is individual, powerful, and unique. Knowing that, each day has its own energy signature and we can best live in harmony with each other, when we live in harmony with the energy of each and every day. I will post the rest of the days leading up to the Summer Solstice later in the week. Make each and every day beautiful!

With the Moon at 6 degrees in Cancer and the Sun Conjunct Venus, the influence is on feminine energy and your emotional relationships. Stop throughout the day and tune into your emotions, write down a few words to describe what you are feeling, and as the day progresses, you'll see how emotions change as fast as the tide. Feel free to keep a symbol of feminine energy around you such as a moonstone, a conch shell, a calla lily, a picture of a labyrinth, etc. just to name a few.

Tuesday is ruled by Mars but with Mars retrograded in Scorpio, quick action is not needed here but the willingness to let go of the old through fire and water is perfect. Take time to contemplate what emotions hold you back from shining your light. Write them down on a piece of paper. Tuning into the fire energy of Mars, light the paper on fire until only ashes are left. Then drop the ashes in running water to connect to the deep waters of Scorpio. You can drop them into a creek, a river, even your own sink. This small action creates a big energy of clearing.

Mercury governs Wednesday and with Mercury opposing Mars, this energy brings power struggles, both internal as well as external. Today people who feel threatened by your mental superiority may oppose you, and you seem to attract such individuals. How best can you resolve these situations using a new means of communication such as compassionate clarity or nonviolent communication. Use this for external as well as internal struggles.

Jupiter 14 degrees in Virgo and with Jupiter's influence on Thursday. Today is a great day to walk the walk. Be the change that you want to see in the world. Do a random act of kindness, tell someone that you care for how much you love and appreciate them, and above all else expand and express love all around you through physical action.

Friday is the day of love and nourishment. We celebrate Fridays anyway because for many, it's the end of the work week. Eat something fun and nutritious. Maybe a baby kale salad with sliced almonds and strawberry hearts. Eat something that says I LOVE AND HONOR ME!

Moon Squares Saturn and that brings up old emotional patterns of negative self image and self limitations. As Saturn rules Saturday, and Saturn's energy is all about disciple, ritual, rhythm, authority, and responsibility, why not create a ritual. Create a simple structured ritual to emphasize the release of old self judgments as well as the implementation of new limitless thought patterns. Perhaps a simple chant or even taking a candlelit bath to clear and cleanse.
