RATE:  2 Hours / $225

               (his hours are listed in Central time)

                M, 5:00p – 7p;
                Tu, Wed, Th 1:45p – 5p; 
                 
                One Saturday each month, 1:30p - 3:30p;  Date varies each month.
                               

4.       If this is a gift, the first and last name of the recipient.

5.       Preferred Method of Payment:

               PayPal:  Debit or Credit Card by PayPal invoice  (no acct required) - PayPal convenience fee: 2.9% + $ .30
