This is a 2 hr appointment. The session will need to begin and end within the times listed.

(Times are listed in Central time).

Mon:   4:30p - 6:30p
Tue, Wed, Thu:  1:45p - 4p
Sat:  11a - 3p; One Saturday per month; date varies.

CURRENT WAIT TIME FOR AN ENERGY SESSION IS APPROXIMATELY 18 MONTHS 

Payment for your session is due NLT 60 days prior to the appointment date.  

Payment instructions will be sent at the time the appointment is confirmed.

PAYMENTS NOT RECEIVED BY DUE DATE

We have always stated that we do not send payment reminder notices, but in the past have always sent them regardless.  Things have become so busy that we are no longer able to do so.  As stated in the confirmation email, if payment is not received by the due date the appointment will be cancelled and reopened.  Please be sure to make your payment by the due date, or if paying by check through the mail let us know it is on the way.
